Deliveries will be made to Mainland UK only (except Scottish Highlands). Each delivery charge is based upon a maximum weight of 15kg (this may be made up of several parcels / packages).
Mainland UK only (except Scottish Highlands) orders over £20.00 is eligible for FREE DELIVERY.
Mainland UK only (except Scottish Highlands) orders under £20.00 will be an additional £6.00.
Delivery charges can vary depending on the weight and type of products ordered and the price quoted will always include the packaging products required.
Delivery will normally be made by courier, please note the courier used is not insured for glass or alcohol. If you would like to have your order insured please contact us on 01653 692038 – this will incur an additional cost.
We may able to deliver outside of mainland UK, to inquire about deliveries outside the UK or if you have any questions regarding our delivery policy, please use the contact us button on the home page of the website or contact us on 01653 692038 to discuss your requirements.
CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS AND RETURNS POLICY
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven workings days of receipt of the goods.
As soon as you wish to cancel your order please contact us on 01653 692038. If you wish to amend your order you may find changes to your delivery timescales and also delivery charges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days and we will deal with your concerns / questions as quickly as possible.
If you wish to return the product(s) ordered you may open the packaging but not product itself. The product must be returned in suitable packaging and returned to Suddabys Ltd, The Crown Hotel, 12 Wheelgate, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7HP.
Packaging and delivery costs for returned items will be incurred by you, the customer.
We will not accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during their return, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods, unless the items were faulty when we supplied them to you and a receipt of postage costs is included in the returned item(s). The cost of your returned order will only be refunded to you on receipt of the undamaged order.
Please write the reason for your return on the packaging slip. Wrap the goods securely in the original packaging received with the order and send it to: Suddabys Ltd, The Crown Hotel, 12 Wheelgate, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7HP.
