Only Organic Malted barley is used to make the malts for this whisky. The milled barley is fermented and then distilled in pot stills. Once distilled it is aged in oak casks developing both depth of flavour and the the authentic smooth palate of fine Scotch Whisky. When matured it is blended with aged grain organic whisky to create a fine drink. Soft and sweet with light notes of pine and light fruit - green melon, vanilla and in time all spice and fresh oak 40% vol (700ml bottle)
