ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Suddabys has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this site and that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products all described as accurately as possible. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (except trade customers).
The actual colours you will see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colours will accurately reflect the colours of the product on delivery.
Suddabys Ltd reserves the right to alter without notice the prices of products and conditions of sale before you place an order. If an order has already been placed and there is a material change to that order we will contact you as soon as possible.

PAYMENTS
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of products by credit or debit card (We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, Delta and American Express). All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed after you place your order. In the event of a non-authorisation of payment we will contact you to advise this has happened. We do not accept any liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR ORDER
We will notify you by email as soon as practicable to confirm receipt of your order. The acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
AVAIABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as quickly as possible if the products you have ordered are not available.
ORDERING ERRORS BY THE CUSTOMER
You are able to correct errors up to the point at which you click on "PLACE ORDER" on the final page of the ordering process.
DELAYS
Occasionally there may be a delay with your order for various reasons such as product availability and material shortages, supplier delays and higher demand than anticipated. We will inform you of any delay to your order as soon as possible.
